Each year after a nomination and selection process, the TeamUSA QEP Educator of Distinction Award is presented to a 教师 member implementing Team-Based Learning (TBL) above and beyond the expectations of their colleagues and 学生. 2014-2015学年度 year, two 教师 members were selected and presented with the 2015 TeamUSA QEP Educator 杰出奖:博士. 苏珊·戈登-希基博士. 詹妮弗·斯蒂伦. 这些教师 demonstrate passionate conviction for using TBL to provide an exceptional education for their 学生 and are willing to share their knowledge and skills with other 教师.

 

 

Dr. 苏珊Gordon-Hickey is an Associate Professor and Graduate Coordinator for the 听力学系. In response to her nomination, Dr. Gordon-Hickey说, “I was inspired by the QEP and have found great benefits of applying the Team-Based Learning (TBL) model in my classroom.她的同事. 塞缪尔·费雪钦佩她 “strong interest in providing the best instructional and intellectual environment 为学生.”
